A: Diamond Reflections current warranty for all platforms is limited lifetime. To read or print the details of this warranty, please click here. This warranty went into effect on Aug. 1, 2001. Purchases prior to this date came with the following warranty:
- Before April 2, 1996, all platforms (Advantage, Premiere, Elite) had a 1 year warranty.
- April '96 until June '99, Advantage and Premiere: 5 year warranty, Elite: 7 year warranty.
- June '99 until July 31, 2001, Advantage: 10 year warranty, Premiere and Elite: lifetime warranty.
Q: How do I replace a broken or damaged hinge on my cabinet?
A: If you are the original homeowner and purchased your cabinetry after June 1, 1999, please contact any Diamond Reflections dealer for assistance with ordering a replacement hinge for your cabinetry. If you are not the original homeowner or if your cabinetry was purchased before June 1, 1999 please follow the instructions below:
In order to replace the hinge, you will first need to gather the following information:
- Name of Hinge Manufacturer
- Model Name of hinge
- Model Number of hinge
- Hinge Color
The Manufacturer, Model Name and Model Number can be found printed or etched on the hinge. You may need to remove the hinge completely, as some manufacturers place this information in the hinge surface that is applied to the cabinet. Once you have compiled the above information, please contact the appropriate manufacturer below:
